The implantation, growth and development of an embryo leading to the birth of a live child, is a complex process dependent upon the Genetics and Environment.

This means that the child's chromosomes and the messages they contain, start the process off, but the environment of the uterus and the mother’s health also affect development therefore the importance of male and female health before and after conception is as important as the genetic message. Hence it is essential to get the advice of your Medical Practitioner and or Fertility Specialist regarding diet, exercise, avoidance of all recreational drugs and certain medications, alcohol and smoking to mention a few.
